Herbal Vapor Rub

Apply this rub on chest or under nose to relieve congestion and cough.

It is also recommended to massage this salve onto the soles of the feet to relieve night time cough.  Wear socks afterwards to protect sheets.  In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the feet contain acupressure points that correspond to every system of the body. By working on the feet, you can bring healing to the entire body.

Use as an herbal inhalant by adding 1/4 teaspoon of this rub to a bowl of boiling water and inhaling the steam. Should you use it in steam inhalation for a child, never leave the child alone or unsupervised, and keep the inhalation less than a 1 minute.

Contains: olive oil, natural beeswax, and essential oils of camphor, peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary, menthol, wintergreen, tea tree, and thyme.

External use only.
