This blend of tea consists of catnip, chamomile, lemon balm, spearmint, to soothe and to relax, promotes restful sleep.

To make a cup of tea, pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over a generous teaspoonful of tea leaves. Let it steep while covered for 10-15 minutes before filtering out the loose leaves. Add honey for taste.
